Tuck into a plate asparagus and edamame pilaf or opt from Farzi’s veggie and vegan selection including a colourful platter of marinated vegetable kebabs; protein-rich tofu laced with Guntur chilli or Farzi Café’s clever take on moussaka made with layers of aubergine steaks cooked into smoky submission and served with vegan tandoori roti and India’s rich in goodness alternative to mash potato, bhartha.

All teamed with satisfying juices and smoothies such as ‘Roots & Fruits” with beet, carrot, apple, orange and ginger; ‘Refuel’ with celery, cucumber, granny smith, kaffir, lime, amla powder; ‘Power Trio’ with kale, spinach, matcha. apricot, orange and yoghurt; and ‘Lip Smacker’ with cocoa, peanut butter, banana, dates, chia and milk.
