Spiciest of all on the menu is Mumbai’s favourite street food dosa, Zini Dosa. In Zini dosa a stuffing of mix veggies like cabbage, carrots, capsicum is semi-cooked in schezwan sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup and a few Indian spice blends.
