Samsung hosts inaugural Careers Open Day, connecting with university students from across the UAE

Samsung Gulf Electronics successfully hosted its first-ever Careers Open Day at its UAE offices, bringing together more than 140 students from leading universities across the UAE. Students got to know about the diverse roles, inclusive culture and exciting career growth opportunities at Samsung.

The event featured dedicated booths focusing on CV writing, interview preparation, and personal branding strategies. At the Innovation Showcase, students got a hands-on experience on Samsung’s latest product innovations and enjoyed the interactive gaming zone, where cutting-edge solutions were brought to life.

Samsung’s Careers Open Day saw students from prestigious UAE institutions participating, including American University of Sharjah, Middlesex University, University of Wollongong, and Heriot-Watt University. Engaging directly with Samsung executives and department heads, they gained valuable insights into the company’s culture, values, and available career paths. The event also welcomed students from Rashid Center for People of Determination, as part of Samsung’s commitment to creating an inclusive workplace.   

The inaugural event marks the beginning of Samsung’s enhanced commitment to connecting with the next generation of young talent who will shape the future of technology and innovation in the region.
