Huawei Cloud unveiled its latest AI-Native Cloud capabilities at GITEX GLOBAL 2025, empowering enterprises to accelerate intelligence in the Agentic AI era.

AI compute service offers a reliable cloud platform for training and running models, E2E cloud-based toolchains, and strong support for major open-source foundation models.

Through model development platform like ModelArts Studio, and AI agent development platform like Versatile, Huawei Cloud is driving large-scale AI adoption and industry transformation across the Middle East and Central Asia.

Huawei Cloud unveiled its latest AI-Native Cloud capabilities at GITEX GLOBAL 2025, underscoring its commitment to accelerating intelligence across industries and empowering enterprises in the Agentic AI era.

At the GITEX AI Stage, Dr. Zhu Shenggao, Vice President of AI Business, Huawei Cloud Middle East & Central Asia, delivered a keynote titled “Accelerate Intelligence with AI-Native Cloud Services”, highlighting how breakthroughs in reasoning, tool use, and code generation are paving the way for a new phase of autonomous, goal-driven AI.

Dr. Zhu highlighted that this new wave of Agentic AI marks a shift toward systems that can autonomously plan, act, and adapt to achieve complex goals. “With Huawei Cloud’s full-stack AI-native capabilities, we’re accelerating intelligence at scale to deliver real impact,” he said.

William Fang, Chief Product Officer, Huawei Cloud, shared insights on how Huawei Cloud accelerate intelligence with systematic innovation that encompasses Cloud for AI, and AI for Cloud. The company is amplifying intelligence by building AI-native cloud infrastructure and reshaping cloud services and industries.

AI adoption is transforming industries such as finance, healthcare, education, retail, and energy, driving measurable economic and social impact. He introduced Huawei Cloud’s ModelArts platform which provides a full-stack AI development environment covering model training, inference, and lifecycle management, alongside Versatile which enables multi-agent collaboration systems to streamline the creation and deployment of production-ready AI agents for enterprises.

Data is now the new oil in the digital era, and data quality determines model quality, thereby forming the knowledge-centric foundation for enterprises. Huawei Cloud’s DataArts Studio provides a one-stop data lifecycle management platform, providing the E2E governance of databases, warehouses, lakes, and AI to unleash the value of data. At the Tech Innovation Forum, William also showcased how AI reshape security with the 1+4+7 defense, featuring 1 Intelligent Security Operation Center + 4 levels of security zones + 7 layers of defense, revolutionizing protection with intrinsic intelligence. The SecMaster provides over 95% accuracy in detection of malicious scripts, with over 99% automate handling of threats.

Rick Luo, Chief Solution Architect, Huawei Cloud Middle East & Central Asia showcased the new Huawei Cloud Stack 8.6 which features 8 major upgrades in four areas: cloud foundation, data+AI, application modernization, and streamlined O&M, helping enterprises build an integrated Data+AI engine, which is essential for driving transformation.

In addition, a survey report by Omdia showcased that Huawei Cloud Stack was ranked No.1 overall and five areas in Middle East market, providing outstanding customer support and showing strong technology innovation while compliant with local regulations.

Empowering Customer Through Collaboration

The Tech Innovation Forum also featured key regional customers demonstrating real-world applications of Huawei Cloud’s AI technologies.

Ayman Mohammed, Head of the Partners Team at the Dubai GIS Center, Dubai Municipality highlighted how the organization is driving digital transformation to enhance services across Dubai. With Huawei providing key technological support, and by leveraging advanced tools such as the 3D Digital Twin Engine and integrating GIS data with AI technologies, Dubai Municipality is implementing innovative solutions across areas like human interaction, transportation, and tracking systems.

Dr. Maha Al Mansoori, Education Associate Director, Zoud showcased UAE’s First AI-powered financial empowerment platform – Zoud Digital Platform, built on Huawei Cloud platform. The digital platform is an AI-powered financial engine aligned with the country’s data-driven vision, aiming to deliver personalised guidance and empower UAE residents with financial literacy, while supporting broader national financial health and economic development.
