There’s More to the Menu Than What Meets the Mozzarella
Franky’s new menu comes straight from Chef Fulvio Opalio, the former head chef at Dubai’s iconic Il Borro Tuscan Bistro, yes, THE Il Borro. After 17 years of perfecting Tuscan classicos, Chef Fulvio brings his farm-to-fork philosophy and nose-to-tail craftsmanship to JLT’s fave rooftop, serving up Italian comfort food with purpose and pizza-zz.
Franky’s new entertainment lineup will see Jaymie Deville bringing the soul to Saturday brunch and Sunday sunsets. Because no Italian night is complete without music.

From 1pm to 4pm, the JLT hotspot transforms into an Italian-style lunch with a party twist. We’re talking bottomless prosecco, house wines, and signature cocktails, paired with freshly wood-fired Neapolitan pizzas, creamy stracciatella, and classic antipasti platters meant to share.
Foodies can start light with Franky’s delish Truffle Arancini (that ooze in all the right ways), then move on to indulgent mains like the Diavola Pizza or Pollastrella & baked Eggplant Parmigiana, hot from the oven and served with a side of skyline views.
