The experience begins with a choice of starters that celebrate freshness and flavour in equal measure. Guests can indulge in the Crema di Patate con Porri e Crostini al Parmigiano, a silky leek and potato soup topped with parmesan crostini, or enjoy the Insalata di Quinoa con Agrumi, Peperoni e Rucola, a refreshing citrus quinoa salad with mint, basil, peppers, and rocket leaves. For those seeking a warm and comforting bite, the Mozzarella in Carrozza – golden, deep-fried mozzarella served with cherry tomato sauce and basil – offers an irresistible start to the meal.
The main course continues Novecento’s promise of authentic Italian craftsmanship with dishes that are both satisfying and elegant.
