Starting June 14th, Sur.Dubai invites guests to indulge in an unforgettable Saturday brunch, where bold Mediterranean flavours meet upbeat entertainment and an effortlessly stylish ambiance.

From 1 PM to 5 PM every Saturday, experience a three-course gourmet escape featuring vibrant seafood-inspired dishes paired with refined sips and lively entertainment. Guests can begin their culinary journey with a flavourful spread of shared starters such as watercress salad with strawberry and avocado, tuna ceviche bursting with mango and passion fruit, crispy fried mussels served with Greek yogurt and cucumber, char-grilled capia pepper with goat cheese, and salmon crunchy rolls with chili mayonnaise. For the main course, guests can choose from decadent options including seafood linguini with prawns, calamari, and lobster bisque, wagyu tenderloin infused with truffle and veal jus, seared seabass fillet, grilled tiger prawns, or a rich monkfish casserole. The brunch concludes with a selection of exquisite desserts like chocolate fondant, raspberry panna cotta, pineapple carpaccio with floss halwa, along with refreshing sorbets, ice creams, and fruit salad.

Sur.Dubai offers three curated packages to suit every mood. For a casual and refreshing outing, the Cappadocia package, priced at AED 350, features unlimited soft drinks, classic virgin cocktails, and premium mocktails. Those seeking a livelier ambiance can opt for the Istanbul package at AED 470, which includes a selection of premium house beverages.For the ultimate in luxury and celebration, the Bodrum package, at AED 550, offers all the premium house beverages of the Istanbul package, enhanced with an array of sparkling and bubbly options.
