The Iftar experience begins with a refreshing selection of traditional Ramadan beverages, including Jallab, Laban, Qamar Al-Din, and Vimto, complemented by a premium assortment of dates and dried fruits such as apricots, prunes, figs, and golden and black raisins.
An impressive spread of cold mezzeh and fresh salads awaits, featuring classics like Hommus, Mutabal, Vine Leaves, Mohammara, Baba Ghanouj, Fattoush, and Tabbouleh. A variety of olives and pickles, alongside a vibrant fresh salad bar with assorted toppings and dressings, adds further depth to the offering.
