The newest member of the McGettigan’s family launch their 2022 offering and are ready to celebrate with a housewarming on Thursday 3rd February.

Dubai, UAE, 25th January 2022: After a soft opening in late December, Home by McGettigan’s invites Dubai to their official “Housewarming” on Thursday 3rd February to celebrate the full opening of the fantastic new multi-roomed bar and restaurant in The Square at City Walk, Dubai.

Home by McGettigan’s Housewarming Party is a celebration of the venue launching their incredible weekly offering with live music, DJ’s, and food and beverage deals across the week. With so much to offer, it is certain to become a ‘home away from home’ for those living in City Walk, Downtown, Business Bay and Sheikh Zayed Road areas.
Tuesday is TwosDay at Home by McGettigan’s, order two main courses and get a free bottle of grape, and enjoy them over the sweet sounds of singer/songwriter Mike Ross between 8-11pm. Wednesdays are for the Ladies and Gents with McGett-Together, a favourite across McGettigan’s venues, offering 3 free drinks for everyone purchasing an AED 50 food voucher.
Beat the Dubai traffic on Thursday’s and Fridays by enjoying a lively Rush Hour at Home by McGettigan’s, the happiest after work happy hour prices in the city with bottles and pours from AED 25 from 4pm-8pm accompanied by live music from The Tone Crew and a DJ until the early hours. A regular Happy Hour is also on Sunday to Wednesday 4pm-8pm with bottles and pours starting at AED 30.
At the weekend, The City Walk venue offers a family-friendly Sunday brunch with kid’s entertainment and live music to enjoy. It’s the true definition of ‘Brunch’ combining breakfast favourites with a long lazy Sunday lunch from 1-4pm for AED 299 with house beverages and AED 349 for the premium package. Kids aged 6-12 are just AED 60 and under 6s eat for free.
Expect the same friendly atmosphere you’ll find at all McGettigan’s bars with a modern look and a choice of rooms serving something for everyone, from DJs to live music, big screen sports, your favourite food and of course the perfect pours.
The main menu is influenced by all those who have made New York their home through the generations, with dishes inspired by neighbourhoods like Little Italy, Spanish Harlem, Chinatown and of course Hell’s Kitchen in Manhattan, the traditional home of Irish Americans in the city.
With convenient access, valet parking and taxi drop off point opposite Green Planet at the back of City Walk, The Square even has its own elevator from the underground parking. It’s a hidden gem at the moment but won’t stay hidden for long once word gets out about ‘Home Sweet Home’.
