BURBERRY LAUNCHES MIDDLE EAST LIMITED EDITION STYLE

To commemorate the Holy Month of Ramadan, Burberry launches a limited edition pair of sunglasses.

This Ramadan, Burberry has launched a brand new sun style to celebrate this special month. These limited edition sunglasses will be available starting April in select boutiques across the UAE & KSA with only 350 pieces available.

Made in Italy, the exclusive new sunglasses are a celebration of an elevated, modern house code. The frame continues to explore Burberry’s narration of modern femininity, using the now iconic Thomas Burberry Monogram created by Riccardo Tisci and British graphic designer Peter Saville. The contemporary emblem takes the shape of a refined metal plaque, positioned perfectly on the temples, inspired by an original archive drawing of the Burberry founder’s initials.

The frames themselves are a lightweight, geometric cat-eye shape in an exclusive colour combination of black with a blue gradient lens. Each pair comes with a special engraving on the inside of the temples and a special authenticity card stating its serial number from 1 to 350.

The sunglasses are an amalgamation of Burberry’s classic history and the powerful modern femininity the brand is striving to embrace with its Fall/Winter 2021 collection. This exclusive pair will be available only at Burberry boutiques, Al Jaber Optical in UAE and selected partners in KSA with a stunning dedicated window display to celebrate the launch.
