Dubai, 12th June 2022 –  Under the patronage of H. H. Sheikha Dr. Shamma Bint Mohamed Bin Khalid Al Nahyan together with the Strategic Partner American Hospital and Cetaphil the main sponsor. After more than 2 years from the pandemic, Nutreema Advertising LLC had successfully organized The Women’s show physical event held at the Music Hall Palm Dubai.

Around 300 VIP ladies attended and graced the occasion.

H. H. Sheikha Shamma Al Nahyan represented by Mrs. Hamda Ahmed Mahmoud Al Balushi  (Director General of the Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan Al Nahyan Cultural and Educational Institutions) initiated the event by an opening speech “ The world is coming back to normal, humanity is getting better and healthy.  Summer 2022 is approaching and In our hearts we now feel the hope and happiness after pandemic years of expectations and waiting.  Science has been the number one role player in gaining again one’s well- being. In this event is emphasizing the importance of Science and in prioritizing women’s healthcare, wellness & inner beauty. The women has been facing a lot of challenges and everyone should be keen on the moderation use of chemicals and its side effects in the lives of women. The Women’s Show event served as a platform in disseminating health awareness which serves as guide in maintaining a healthy life through specialist & doctors. Mrs. Hamda thanked Rima Sayegh for all her dedication and valued efforts in the service to the UAE community

The founder of The Women’s Show and event organizer Mrs. Rima Sayegh in her welcoming speech “ Finally, the Women’s Show is back in full swing after a long COVID 19 break, to explore the day in engaging to very important scientific medical information. Nothing worth the human being touch,  let us altogether enjoy the event which is dedicated to everyone – she added.

Interactive exhibition stands filled the venue, where partners showcased the latest healthcare trends and healthy foods, sampled products, provided complimentary health screenings and involved the women in interesting informative activities.

Renowned healthcare professionals conducted health talks on the following interesting topics:

American Hospital Dubai, the premier healthcare provider in the UAE presented two important health topics on “Stress Incontinence and the Aesthetic services” by Dr. Aseel Abdulrazzaq, an Obstetrician & Gynecologist and Director of Dubai Hills Clinic. Stress incontinence affects hundreds of millions of people worldwide. Dr. Aseel explained the facts about stress urinary incontinence and some of the treatment options.

Another interesting lecture from American Hospital Dubai was presented by Dr. Sarah Salam Rizk, Specialist Pediatrician and Director of Jumeirah Clinic, discussed about “The impact of COVID-19 on children’s mental health”. The COVID-19 pandemic has negatively impacted the well-being of children in many ways: isolation, fear, school closures, lack of socialization, exposure to screens and lack of physical activity had a significant impact on their mental health. Dr. Sarah reiterated to help children maintain staying physically active, eating properly and experience a healthy harmonious family atmosphere at home.

Representing Galderma, Dermatologist Specialist Dr. Samar Khalil shared some information on the “Science of Sensitive skin” She explained the importance of proper protection and care of the skin especially during the summer season and recommended the right skincare products suitable for everyone’s need.

Moreover, a panel discussion on breast cancer awareness and prevention was conducted by Dr. Tatiana Khoury and Dr. Deborah Mukherji from Clemenceau Medical Center Dubai. The risks and protective factors of breast cancer, screening, early detection and treatment were among the highlighted topics which has been informative to all the audience.

Ms. Nehaya Husni representing Central Circle Company presented a lecture on hair loss problems and solution. She explained that hair loss is one of the most serious hair problems that affect men & women. The event concluded with an elegant fashion show presented by Hazar Haute Couture showcasing their latest luxury collections.
