Dubai, 12th October 2022: The much-loved picnic-style brunch returns to JA The Resort starting from the 1st of October, with a laidback yet indulgent feast served in a relaxed beachside atmosphere for the perfect fun-filled family day out.
Starting at AED 280 per person, We Be Brunchin’ will take place at The Anchor, a casual beachfront area, surrounded by tropical palm trees and golden sand with views over the lush green landscape. The brunch will include a huge selection of delectable items to feast on; live cooking stations where chefs will serve dishes that are cooked-to-perfection and bound to satisfy all your cravings. Kids will be entertained with the animation team, and pony rides. Additionally, a talented 3-piece band will be performing live to keep up the lively ambience before a DJ pumps up the volume with chart-topping beats.
Guests can satisfy their cravings with an array of irresistible delicacies, including mouth-watering, California-smoked chicken paninis, and a big bao station with a wide range of bao buns with meat, poultry and vegan options. The piece de resistance are the massive shawarma and BBQ stations that rotate dishes weekly; with spiced brisket, slow-cooked whole ducks, Turkish beef doners and classic shawarmas. Other stations include live frying, where guests can feast on everything from fish and chips to sweet fries, a baked potato station, a live salad station and the signature live station – featuring dishes such as pizza, a wide range of curries – yellow crab curry, red chicken curry & Thai Massaman beef short rib curry – and insanely delicious paella.
A world of cheese is available with 20 different kinds from Italy and France; however, vegans don’t fret! Options of vegan mezze, salad, and other dishes will be served, while children will love their own exclusive section featuring the all-time kiddie favourites such as sliders, curly fries, dainty candy floss and caramel popcorn. Take things up a notch with the burst of incredible desserts featuring decadent chocolate mousse with a Kumquat compote, a variety of fancy cheesecakes in jars, sweet pots with fruit and chocolate, as well as insta-worthy cakes.
