Swissotel Al Ghurair is celebrating Diwali with a lavish desi-themed dinner on the evening of 24th October, to bring in the festival of lights with beautiful decorations and competitions for guests. Liwan restaurant will be offering a delectable dinner buffet specially curated for the occasion.
To ignite the spirit of the occasion, Liwan restaurant lights up and will be fully decorated with Diyas – small oil lamps that are usually lit inside and outside homes during Diwali. Guests are welcomed on arrival with delightful drinks such as Cardamom Lassi and Chaas.
Along with live cooking stations, the exquisitely crafted buffet menu features special festive dishes with distinctive flavours, appetizers, mains, and desserts. The highlights include Channa Chaat Salad, Mutton & Chicken Seekh Kebab, Tandoori Chicken carving station, Butter Chicken, and Dal Tadka served with fresh tandoori naans and rotis . To culminate the meal is sweet Indian treats such as Ras Malai and Jelebi, among the international array of desserts.
To make your evening more special, guests can take part in the rangoli competition, organized by the hotel where the winner will be awarded with an exhilarating dinner voucher.
