Introducing Jun’s take on brunch, your new Weekend Ritual

A Hearty Feast Awaits 

Quickly becoming a culinary hot spot for those in the know, Jun’s Dubai is bringing the true meaning of brunch back with the introduction of Weekend Rituals. A brunch like no other, Chef Kelvin Cheung and his team invite guests to gather their loved ones and join them every weekend for a delicious selection of Jun’s signature dishes alongside special brunch exclusives, paired with a drinks package of choice – from mocktails to bubbles. This really will become your new weekend ritual.

Available every Saturday and Sunday from 11am-3:30pm, Weekend Rituals features an a la carte menu of Jun’s favourites such as Charred Rainbow Heirloom Carrots with Smoked Labneh (AED 65); with candied nuts and soy honey butter; Sea Bass Carpaccio (AED 80) with organic sea bass, hot ginger scallion oil, ponzu, sous vide egg yolk, garlic chips; and Truffle gunpowder dosa cauliflower (AED 110), with winter sambar sweet and sour sauce, tomato chutney. 

The Weekend Rituals menu also introduces some special dishes such as the egg n cheese bagel (AED 75): egg, sesame bagel, nahm jim, peanut, cream cheese, cheddar cheese; jalapeno cheddar biscuit & butter (AED 45) with gluten free jalapeno cheddar biscuit, hot honey butter.  

For those with a sweet tooth, there’s a delicious selection available – from gluten free chocolate chip pancakes (AED 75) with rice flour, dark chocolate, milk chocolate and white chocolate; gluten free waffles (AED 65) with vanilla bean ice cream, milk crumbs and churros – also gluten free (AED 65) with dulche de leche ice cream, salted caramel sauce and hot chocolate.  

With its stunning terrace enjoying views of the Downtown Dubai metropolis and the iconic Burj Khalifa paired with unmatched vibes and live music, Chef Kelvin’s creations will keep everyone wanting more.
