Luigia Presents an Exclusive ‘Taste of Italy’ Menu Celebrating Flavors of Lombardia
Luigia Welcomes Guests on Tuesday, April 25th for a remarkable Gastronomic Journey with a 4 Course Set Menu.
Luigia, the award-winning Italian restaurant located at Rixos Premium JBR, welcomes guests on a unique culinary experience on Tuesday, April 25th, with a special Taste of Italy 4-course menu inspired by signature flavors of the Lombardia region, showcasing the best of Italian cuisine.
Featuring a variety of recipes handed down from generation to generation, the menu will take its patrons on a gastronomic journey to experience a truly authentic Italian dining experience. With each dish paired with a local grape beverage to complement the meal, diners will discover truly memorable flavors of heritage. To start, a Pizza ‘La Zola’ will be offered, followed by a flavorful ‘Rissotto Alla Milanese’, prepared with saffron and bone marrow. Guests can then look forward to the ‘Ossobuco con Purea di Patate’, featuring braised veal shank, before moving onto the ‘Cannocino Milanese’, a traditional puff pastry that will satisfy the most discerning palates.
