The award-winning Indian fine dining restaurant at JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai is launching a specially curated 9-course set menu in celebration of Diwali, available from November 12^th

Dubai, UAE, October 2023 – Located within the iconic JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Dubai, Rang Mahal brings an elevated touch to Dubai’s dining scene with innovative and creative Indian cuisine in an upscale setting. In celebration of Diwali, the upscale Indian restaurant will launch a masterfully crafted 9-course set menu on November 12^th that offers diners a taste of the vibrant colours of India. The menu thereafter will be available daily.

Rang Mahal’s expert culinary team have put together a carefully curated offering specifically for the festival of lights, featuring a special multi-course dinner with an optional beverage pairing,  fitting for the Diwali celebrations. The 9-course set menu features a selection of popular favorites from Rang Mahal, with each dish designed to transport diners through the myriad of flavours of the Indian sub-continent.

Guests will begin their culinary experience with a Denatured Duo of Imitation Olive and Truffle Naan, after which they can Slurp on a delicious combination of Warm Sweet Potato, Pineapple Carpaccio and Seasoned Yoghurt with Tamarind Chutney. The next course offers a light bite of Smoked Salmon with Mustard Marinade and Apple Slaw, followed by a dish of Dancing Shrimps, Sago Crackers Adorned with Black Tobiko and Gold Leaf for an extra special touch.

The dinner continues with a Lamb Stuffed Padron Chilli and Vegetable Cornetto inspired by the Tale of Two Cities, followed by a palate cleanser of Lychee Sorbet with Yoghurt Air, after which diners can dig into a hearty Braised Chicken with Coastal Sauce and Rice Crisp.

For the last of the savoury courses, Rang Mahal presents Nutty Chops, a rich dish of Pistachio Coated Lamb Chops with Chana Masala. It wouldn’t be a true Diwali celebration without something sweet, and for the 9^th and final course guests can indulge in a delicious Peanut Parfait with Chocolate Swirls and Nougatine.

Rang Mahal’s Diwali menu is also available in an equally delicious vegetarian version, featuring dishes such as Creamy Broccoli, Spiced Cauliflower and Broccoli Pockets; Cottage Cheese with Sorrel Leaf Pickle; while the Braised Wild Mushrooms made with Rice Crisp and Coastal Sauce, is dish that is not only bursting with flavour, but is the ideal comfort food for the festive season.

In the true spirit of the festive occasion, Rang Mahal’s Diwali offering also presents an optional beverage pairing that allows guests to savour meticulously curated, hand-crafted drinks to enhance the overall culinary journey. The selection includes a variety of grapes and cocktails, carefully selected to complement each course and making for the ultimate Diwali experience.
