Embark on a Gastronomic Journey with Mission Ceviche x SUSHISAMBA

SUSHISAMBA celebrates its two year anniversary with a one-of-a-kind collaboration, “Mission Ceviche x SUSHISAMBA.” This extraordinary culinary journey brings together the culinary prowess of SUSHISAMBA Dubai and New York City’s Michelin acclaimed Mission Ceviche. Led by Mission Ceviche’s Chef José Luis Chavez and SUSHISAMBA’s Culinary Director Chef Kyung Soo Moon, this event serves as a celebration of the rich Peruvian heritage, infusing authentic flavours with modern culinary techniques.

Experience the flavours with the Mission Ceviche & SUSHISAMBA a la carte menu, available between the 8th and 10th of November. Immerse yourself in the ‘Four Hands’ 12-course dinner on November 9th, hosted by Culinary Director Chef Kyung Soo Moon and Chef José Luis Chavez. Finally, on November 10th, delight in a Ceviche Masterclass followed by a delectable 3-course lunch. 

What’s more, guests attending the ceviche masterclass will receive a limited-edition apron to take home as a memento. Join us for this unparalleled culinary collaboration, where Peruvian culinary traditions and innovation meet at SUSHISAMBA, for an experience that promises to delight your palate.

The 13 curated cocktails, inspired by vibrant cultures, offer a journey from Japan’s refined notes to Brazil’s lively flavours and Peru’s exotic tastes. The SAMBAROOM, with its breathtaking views, opens at 6pm every Tuesday-Saturday, featuring Thursday’s Casa De Samba party and weekend nights with live entertainment.
