The festive season is upon us, and Kashkan by Ranveer Brar is gearing up to usher in the seasons’ celebrations with spectacular surprises.
Christmas Celebration
For Christmas, the team at Kashkan has curated a set menu exclusively for Christmas Eve, 24th and Christmas Day, 25th December, that will showcase a lavish selection from Celebrity Chef Ranveer Brar’s personal favourites.
The plethora of dishes includes Crispy Kale Chaat, Mushroom ke Galawat, Daal Kashkan, Gosht ke Galawat, Lagan ke boti, Lamb Rogan Josh, Murgh Dum Biryani, Rasmalai and more. Guests can also relish from a selection of beverages.
Price: Christmas Eve & Christmas Day Packages: AED 299 per person. Add a bottle of fruit champagne at AED 50.

New Year Celebration
As we bid farewell to the old and welcome the new, Kashkan is proud to offer an extraordinary New Year’s celebration that combines entertainment, culinary delights, and the magic of fireworks. The goal is to create a memorable experience for guests as they embark on a new journey in 2024.
From appetizers to signature items and desserts, the menu is designed to satisfy even the most discerning taste buds. Guests will also have a chance to witness live entertainment by a renowned DJ.
The elaboarate spread in the New Year’s package will include highlights of live chaat counters, along with fruit champagne that will add on to the delight of the evening. The other highlights on the menu include lassi, refreshing mocktails, soup and a splendid choice from the main menu. Dishes like Lamb Seekh, Kasundi Macchi, Subz Miloni, Paneer Tikka Makhni, Bharwan Paneer Tikka, Murgh Dum Biryani, Assorted Breads, the iconic Paan Mousse and more will be some special items for the evening.
As the clock strikes midnight, guests will be able to witness breathtaking fireworks display that will light up the night sky. The dazzling colors and patterns will create a visual spectacle, symbolizing the start of a new and exciting year to come.
